Urge Tristan & America to Go Fur Free Alert

Global Action Network recently convinced Jacob and Bedo, retail chains with a combined total of 218 stores across Canada, to go fur free. Now, we are targeting Tristan & America, a men and women’s wear retailer that is selling rabbit fur. Tristan & America’s rabbit fur jackets are made in China where there are no animal welfare laws. What’s more, there is a thriving, extremely cruel dog and cat fur industry in China, much of which is often falsely labeled as “rabbit fur” before export to Western markets. Without expensive DNA tests, it is virtually impossible to know exactly what kind of animal you are actually wearing if you choose to wear fur.

Tristan and America is testing the U.S. market with stores in NYC and Boston, prior to expanding nationwide. It is crucial to convey to their management that fur remains a cruel and controversial product and will not be tolerated in the U.S.

How You Can Help

Please call and email (contact information below) Tristan & America as soon as possible and urge it to go fur free. Tell it fur is cruel and you will not shop at its stores until it stops selling it. Mention that you will tell all your friends and family to do the same. Feel free to elaborate in your own words.
